Cecil Calliste Jr. is the Founder and CEO of Vision Link Consulting LLC, a consulting firm that helps non-profits, businesses, organizations, entrepreneurs & individuals bring their visions and dreams to life. He and his team help create a road map through executive coaching, strategic planning, and various business development strategies. He also creates unique learning experiences and retreats focused on team building, leadership development, and school-age child development. He specializes in working with groups to solidify and embrace their vision both on the executive and organizational level. He has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Maryland and is Certified as a trainer for the Maryland State Department of Education. Cecil’s numerous clients include Sidwell Friends and the Federal Government’s Office of Personnel Management’s Presidential Management Fellows Program. He travels the country speaking at conventions and conferences but what he loves the most is the opportunity to help businesses and people grow.
